1. Rose:

Roses are best known as ornamental plants grown for their flowers in the garden and sometimes indoors.

 


They have been also used for commercial perfumery and commercial cut flower crops. Some are used as landscape plants, for hedging, and for other utilitarian purposes such as game cover and slope stabilization.


2. Marigold:

Marigold shows anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties, which make them special.

They grow once a year. They are 1 to 5 feet in height.

They need 5-6 hours of sunlight every day to grow properly.


3. Jasmine:

Jasmine is inhaled to improve mood, reduce stress, and reduce food cravings.

In foods, jasmine is used to flavor beverages, frozen dairy desserts, candy, baked goods, gelatins, and puddings.

 

In manufacturing, jasmine is used to add fragrance to creams, lotions, and perfumes.


4. Ixora:

Members of Ixora prefer acidic soil and are suitable choices for bonsai. It is also a popular choice for hedges in parts of South East Asia.

In tropical climates, they flower year-round and are commonly used in Hindu worship, as well as in Ayurveda and Indian folk medicine.


5. Hibiscus:

Studies have shown that antioxidants in the hibiscus plant have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties.

 

Additionally, hibiscus tea certainly has some promising potential health benefits, like lowering your blood pressure, stabilizing your blood sugar, and reducing your blood lipid levels.
